Kawasaki Ninja 300 is all set to replace the Ninja 250 in India. Kawasaki launched the Ninja 300 to replace the obsolete Ninja 250 which is present since ages. The new Ninja 300 looks aggressive and is more potent than any of the entry level sports bike.
Kawasaki Ninja design theme is based on the supersport Ninja ZX10R. A new front fender with all new split jewel headlamps makes the bike even more sharp. Just behind the floating style front windscreen sits the digital – analogue console. The digital display sits just beside the analogue tachometer and shows all the happenings in the bike in one go.2013 Ninja 300 is built around an all new frame which offers best in class handling and complete the experience of sports bike. The semi-double cradle frame is made up from high tensile steel which results in one of the best handling around the corner. The Kawasaki Ninja 300 is powered by a newly developed 296cc, parallel twin cylinder, 4-stroke engine which churns out a maximum power of 39Bhp at 11,000 rpm and maximum torque of 28 Nm. The engine is mated to a six-speed manual transmission. The Kawasaki Ninja 300 will have an option of ABS which might be fitted as standard on the Indian models.
Kawasaki Ninja 300 looks promising for the Indian market and will compete against the Hyosung Comet 250 and Honda CBR 400 when launched. The bike is expected to carry a price tag of Rs. 3.75 lakh in India.
